Look for a foil-faced kraft paper or a thin aluminum laminate stapled to the underside of your roof rafters, sometimes stamped with a CertainTeed logo and an R-value equivalent claim (typically R-1 to R-3 for the reflective surface alone, though the real performance comes from emissivity, not R-value).
